I was given a task to create a website for my artist, but before I created my website I researched different website. Looking at other websites hepled me see what I wanted artist websites to look like.

Menu Bar
The order of Usapha's (ex media student) menu bar made sense to me and thought that it would be the main things that someone would be looking for when they want to find out about an artist.
I want to a ' Home' page to my menu bar, I also dont want 's alot of things on the homepage just my artist's name in big letters and trendy background.
This page we show people that my artist is really focused on the music and wants to see her fans from different parts of the world.
I'm going to make a similar button however, it's going to be called 'Shop' and it's going to be a entirely different page.
This is page would be very important. thius show the work my choosen artist has done and if anyone want to book her they look at the work she has done.
Homepage
I'm going to add a similar page but instaed i'm calling it 'Contact' this way anyone who's trying to find my artist won't find it difficult. On this page they will find a map of the artist's locaton and contact number.
the bold font of 'ON THE RUN TOUR' really draws attention to the new tour. This is very good technique as it attracts anyone visting THE website making them want to know more about the tour. It adresses fans and this is what I neeed to do with my website.
The simplistic look on Beyonce's website is what really drew me to her website. We se different pictures that can take us to different parts of her website. For example, if you click on the image that says 'On The Run Tour' it would take to place we you can see pictures and buy tickets. The simplistic look i'm trying to achieve will reflect BreeBreeRunway's style of of music.
Tour
Beyonce's page consist of pictures of her outside of her work and also pictures of her touring. this suggest that beyonce cares about her fans and updates them on certain events going on in her life that they may have not seen.
This is a 'tour' page I found on Rhianna's website. I'll be doing this because it shows hoe dedicated my artist is to her music and fans. The list will be full of different cities in Europe, we can't do a world tour like Rhianna because my artist isn't as big but when she becomes a well known artist more cities/countries can be added. I also like the layout of the Rhianna's tour page makes it simple to buy tickets.
Theme
My main theme is the shape of a triangle. this way people will associate a triangle with triangle BreBrerunway, whenever they see this triangle they'll think of her. I put triangle shapes on the background of her homapge, and on her clothing line e.g. I changed the 'A' in 'RUNWAY' into a triangle shape on some of the clothes by using photoshop.

Beyonce's 'shop' website influenced me on what to do with my shop. on her merchandise theres a picture of her or her name. This a great way to promote her music and to get people to want to buy her clothes.
BreBreRunway is a new artist and needs to seel merchandise. This will help promote her as a brand because each clothing item will have her name on it with the same prism/triangle shapes that's on her album.
Using photoshop I designed the clothes for BreBreRunway's shop.
On the music page I put a large picture of BreBreRunway and kept the page simple. I put soome of her covers and music on the page for her fans.
